By completing this form, you, the artist/photographer, are submitting an application that will authorize Art on Giclée to display your art or digital images on our website/online gallery, and for promotional use, both online and in print. You, the artist/ photographer, still retain full ownership of the images. The standard number of submissions is 12 (twelve) images but more submissions can be requested and will be permitted solely at the discretion of Art on Giclée. If you wish to trade out images, please notify Art on Giclée to coordinate the change. Artwork will be uploaded to Art on Giclée’s server via ftp. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with ftp log in instructions and user name and password. After a brief review of your images posted to the FTP, your art will be posted on the website, www.ArtOnGiclee.com. It is our goal to provide a robust gallery of images without having too many photos of the same genre. Therefore, it is the sole decision of Art on Giclée as to which works are finally approved for display in the online gallery. Please do not take offense if a piece you favor is not chosen for the gallery. Work is reviewed and approved on a case-by-case, editorial basis. Please read our affiliate terms and conditions and content policies before submitting this application. Upon approval of this application, you will receive our standard contract indicating the terms and commission schedule. If that is agreeable to you, please sign and return to us. We will in turn sign the contract and send you a fully executed agreement. This contract can be terminated by either party, for any reason, with a 30 day written notice. We provide marketing campaigns to promote the artist that includes Art On Giclée On-Line Gallery, newsletters, direct mail, flash movie presentations if choosen by the artis, there are additional fees for personalized promotion and this prices vary on a regular basis depending on the prject. The promotion of artistic images can be promoted on different products that we present on our website. Returns and Exchanges All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All unframed work returned because of print error or print quality can be exchanged for a replacement print of the same image, or returned for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All work returned for any of the following reasons is subject to a 15% restocking fee. a. Framing changes or frame removal b. Work returned in exchange for a different image print (not a reprint) c. Work returned due to “dislike” No returns or exchanges will be performed or credited without prior authorization. Where a specific return is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period.
