Returns and Exchanges All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All unframed work returned because of print error or print quality can be exchanged for a replacement print of the same image, or returned for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All work returned for any of the following reasons is subject to a 15% restocking fee. a. Framing changes or frame removal b. Work returned in exchange for a different image print (not a reprint) c.
